“Key factors for business growth are: to have idea and take action and to have the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time”, said Mrs. Danijela Stojadinovic, Managing Director at the opening of the annual GOWI management Team Building.
The main objective of this Team Building event was to get people working together, having fun and achieving success. The goals were to develop the leadership potential, increase the trust and respect between the participants, to align the company Vision and mission with all team members and to identify the possible opportunities for further growth of the business.
The event message “Go With Ideas!” inspired people to become the voyagers and explore the new opportunities trying to go where no one else has gone before. As a result the whole new worlds have been discovered and the final outcome is that the team members learned to work together more effectively by learning to play together and by understanding each other better.
After a thorough analysis of the suggestions and evaluation of the potential opportunities, the decision, about the future strategy, will be made.
