By taking part in BORA project, Gowi wanted to share the knowledge and help young people by training them in the fields of testing and software support.

The training lasted for six weeks, with the professional support and mentoring of Gowi experts with the international experience in software development and support.

After they finished training, all students received certificates and references. Four of them got employed by  company Gowi, as testers and support analysts.

"By participating in this project, we wanted to share our international experience with youth and provide opportunity for best  participans to start their careers in a company that values knowledge, team work and spirit", said Mrs. Danijela Stojadinovic, the General Manager od Gowi company.

Gowi took BORA project as an opportunity to effectively help young people in its community to be ready for jobs of the future.
