In November this year Gowi held a meeting for all of the employees about the plans and development for next year.

On the meeting the management talked about the business, clients and partners with whom we have an excellent cooperation. The employees were given an opportunity to present their ideas and suggestions about the future company development. After a thorough analysis of the suggestions and understanding of the potential oppertunities, the decision, about the future strategic idea, will be made.

Mr. Jovica Bozic, the owner of the company and mrs. Danijela Stojadinovic, the general manager of Gowi presented the idea about the company share redemption in the amount of 15 %. The employees would participate in the ownership of the company and could influence to the quality of work and the success of business.
